ControllerHelper and the website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

§ 04

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will The 730 Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the website or the applications.

§ 06

Third-party components.

The ControllerHelper application makes use of open-source libraries (including NAudio and Serilog), which carry their own licences. Those licences are respected.
